As the name suggests, we are a Karate club covering the South East of England. We are a friendly club and a warm welcome awaits for newcomers at all of our Dojo’s. Our classes are all based in Essex so why not check out our Dojo section to find a local class near you?! As you are taken through our syllabus you will become skilled in both tradtional, sport karate and a fair amount of fitness so you can keep your mind and body healthy. Our instructors currently teach over 150 students and this is growing from strengh to strengh. Our students range from four years to adult, beginner to advanced. So what ever your level, you will be right at home with us. All of S.E.S.K. instructors are fully insured and hold enhanced DBS (CRB) Check.
